Stephen H. Rogers, CPA
Chairman of the Board

Steve Rogers is Chairman of the Board at Callaway Partners. Steve is well known for his 31-year career at Arthur Andersen LLP where he was involved in the audit profession serving large, complex public companies. Prior to joining Callaway, Steve served as a consultant in an oversight role for the financial restatements of a large public company with massive accounting fraud. His role included oversight of 330 CPAs and accountants and the interface with the outside audit firm.

While at Arthur Andersen, Steve served as a partner for 19 years and was managing partner of the Atlanta office (1996-2002) and the Southeastern Region (1998-2002). He was a member of the Board of Partners of Andersen Worldwide S.C. (2000-2002). Steve also served as chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and was an administrative board member of Arthur Andersen LLP, the U.S. member firm of Andersen Worldwide S.C.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a bachelor of science in accounting from Indiana University. He is also a board member of PSS World Medical Inc. (Nasdaq-PSSI.O), a medical supply company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Steve has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta History Center, and Pace Academy. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Woodruff Arts Center. He is now a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club.
