J. Tony Rich
Co-Founding Partner

Tony Rich is a founding Partner of Callaway Partners and has over 11 years experience in executive recruiting and professional services. Prior to founding Callaway Partners, Tony served as vice president for Dickson Allan, a national provider of management-level accounting and finance targeted recruiting and contract staffing services.

Previously, Tony was a partner and vice president of Search Financial, Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of accounting and finance targeted search services. In a six year period, Tony was an active leader in growing Search Financial from a three-employee start-up to one of Atlanta's most recognizable and respected locally-owned placement firms. Search Financial was acquired in October, 2000 by Accretive Solutions and was subsequently named Dickson Allan and Horn, Murdock, Cole.

Tony began his career as a cost and budgeting analyst for the Electronics Division of Martin Marietta in Orlando, Florida. He earned a bachelor of science in financial management from Clemson University and an MBA from Rollins College.
