Jacqueline O’Neil joined Callaway Partners as a partner in April, 2007. She is located in the Washington D.C. office and, as the national tax partner, her primary focus is on the national expansion of our corporate tax compliance and reporting practice. She also manages the tax practice in the mid-Atlantic region. As a business and legal advisor she has specialized in corporate tax planning and compliance for 20 years and has had successful practices in public accounting and private industry. Jacque’s background includes extensive experience with business development, client delivery, client satisfaction, and high-tech multinational public companies in senior executive roles. She is a licensed attorney and CPA in Maryland, California and Washington D.C.

Jacque joins Callaway Partners as a former Tax Director from Jefferson Wells International where she developed and managed the largest tax practice in the company for the mid-Atlantic region from 2000 - 2007. Prior to Jefferson Wells, Jacque served as Tax Director and General Counsel for various private companies and as a Tax Manager for Ernst & Young. She started her career with KPMG as a staff Auditor. Jacque received her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, her Masters of Science degree with honors in Taxation from San Jose State University in California and her Bachelors of Business Administration degree with honors in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in Virginia.

Her professional memberships include the California, Maryland and Washington D.C. Bar Associations, the Maryland Society of CPA’s, The California CPA Society, and the Virginia Society of CPA’s.
