Mike Draa joined Callaway Partners as senior director in 2003 and successfully managed one of the largest financial restatement projects in the country, working in concert with a number of international accounting firms. This project expanded from an initial core team of five Callaway project professionals to more than 300 professionals. Prior to joining Callaway, Mike spent three years as the vice president of finance for Dimac Corporation where he managed a Chapter 11 reorganization. He also has significant work experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and liquidation.

In the preceding 13 years, Mike held various management positions with ADVO, Inc., based in Hartford, Connecticut, including, controller, finance director, vice president/general manager. At ADVO he participated in and managed several projects including the Computer Conversion Steering Committee, shared service implementation and multiple phases of restructuring.

Mike holds a bachelor of science in accounting and business management from Cedarville University in Ohio. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Financial Executives International. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Cobb Futbol Club, a non-profit organization in Cobb County, Georgia.
